TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGES

Our customized programs are designed to give you a solid foundation of functional fitness and dietary changes. You will learn how to get off the yo-yo diets and have a good relationship with food. You will have a training plan in place that will help you progress safely that is tailored to your fitness level. You will be in small group classes with other members that are on the same journey as you, and our expert coaches will be there every step of the way to give you the support you need.

HIT

TRAINING PROGRAMS

Whether you are new to CrossFit, or just new to working out in general, we offer a chance for all of our athletes to master the fundamental movements of Crossfit with our Hit Training Program. You can attend any scheduled class and follow the low skill, low impact version of the daily workout. This will allow you to work closely with our coaches to break-down every movement you are performing so you can guarantee your safety before executing the day’s workout.

CROSSFIT

MEMBERSHIP CLASSES

 These classes train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work, or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability. Exercises may include aerobic exercises, bodyweight movements, and weightlifting. Exercise tools, such as fitness balls, kettlebells, and weights, are often used in functional fitness workouts.

We offer world-class personal training. Our team will work 1-On-1 in private sessions, with individuals to support their life, athletic, and long-term goals. Whether you have a rigorous job, need help with accountability or consistency, and have a specific athletic goal in mind, our trainers can help you reach that goal.

Our four-week private Nutrition and Accountability coaching might be the answer. Let our coaches help you reach your goals through goal setting sessions and end of the week follow up, education on what foods to eat and what to avoid. Whether you just want to make small habit changes or become more detailed through macronutrient tracking, your coach will help you stay accountable to reach your goals!

We welcome drop-in’s from other gym's all over the world! If you are an experienced CrossFitter from out of town we welcome you to drop into any of our classes! The class fee is $10 for just the class or buy a shirt and get the class included. Give us a heads up! Class sizes are limited.
