Simply put, our mission is to create a community that, through programming, coaching, and accountability, creates humans that grow together and support eachother.
Change Your Life With Us! After spending time with our Vex Team, we want our members to go home after a workout and feel like they bettered themselves while they were with us.
It isn’t the workouts, weight loss, and muscle building that keeps our members returning (we do all of that, too!). It is the professional coaching, the people, and the Vex community.
Our coaches care about guiding and encouraging each and every member to obtain the goals they seek for themselves. Our member goals are specific and we assist them every step of the way.
